    Hi all
    I have bought Steve’s book two days ago and joined the website today.
    We have a unit in Maroubra, Sydney and a unit in Clovelly we currently rent at a 3% rental return (quite standard for Sydney it seems). We also bought a block of land in Dunsborough on the new Dunsborough Lakes estate. I am looking at getting some positive cash flow investments, though anything in NSW at the moment seems a no-no price wise.
    I am looking forward to reading the forums and getting heaps of info from everyone. So far I really like what I see and read.

    Welcome Simond11 !

    Have a good look around and play with the search function (I’ve found that putting words in different orders will get totally different results). Lot’s of what you want to know has already been asked…probably several times :)
