    The Victorian government will be spending $150 Million to upgrade Housing commission homes.
    Is this a great opportunity to buy within or near the Housing commission areas as value may increase due to the maintenance work proposed.
    I would be interested to here peoples thoughts.

    “The Bracks Government is investing $150 million to make the homes of tenants safer and more comfortable to live in, and we are backing it up with a sensible and pragmatic asset management plan that ensures the money is spent where it is needed most,” Ms Broad said.
