    I would like to buy the Property Investing “Wealth Guardian”. I’ve tried to buy it a couple of times with no luck, it’s always out of stock. If anyone has a copy or knows where else I can get the information I would much appreciate it.

    I’ve been told that it will be available again in early 2005.
