    Hi.

I buy backyards off people who can’t be bothered doing it themselves and in order to make offers I find myself calling lots of agents to get a basic idea of market value. This can be 5 calls per property which at 5 properties per week is a lot of calls. I then get a valuation done before I go unconditional.

I’m wondering what other techniques people use to quickly get an idea of a properties value (and generally without being physically at the property)?

    Ta,

P.S. – If you’re smart enough to read this, you don’t want to sell me your back yard – cos you’ll make more money doing it yourself. However, if you’re in Victoria and you want to subdivide something, message me and I’ll tell you who’s good and who’s not so good at doing all the detail work. [aacool]
