Could anyone suggest where I can find a reliable checklist on IP?
The reason I am looking is that I am having trouble finding out definitely what I should be looking for… I have yet bought my first IP, but I understood the concept behind both + cf and – cf, etc. You’d say I have a barrier or paralysis!
I need to experience it firsthand with someone so I can understand how it applies before I do myself – I am much more like a hands-on person. The experience that Peter Spann claimed he had when he first started was much more my idea of learning, smiles.
Anyway back to seeking a suitable checklist of getting a IP and buying it, then renting or renovating/improve it and sell, etc.
