Hi Guys, My Partner and I starting investing laat year seroiulsy in +$ flow property, and set a target of how many we want to own by end of this year,we have not re-financed any yet,we are probably going to fall short by 2 properties,It was and is still hard work negoitating with agents and fellow investors to get the best deal out of the property.I recently sold a under performing unit in QLD and have funds in a term deposit,as this was not in our trust and our funder only lends out 80%, i want to purchase a gowth or add value property with this in QLD, I looked at coomera, alot happenning there i want to use these funds as a trading property account. Is this the best way in todays market.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

    Thank You,

    Hi Freedom,

Westbank offer a term deposit of 6% return… though personally, i think 6% is a little too low, but its great to start off with… otherwise an offset account would do better…

    Cheers,
    sis
