Accountant in Brisbane Area

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend an Accountant in the Brisbane area who is savvy in the processes of buying, renovating and then selling for positive cashflow and an indepth understanding of taxation pros and cons. I am just starting out and am hoping to turn this into a full time occupation but so far have been unable to find an accountant who is anything but negative (or are they all like that???).
Also, can anybody tell me if they have been buying, renovating and then selling properties using an ABN and is this an effective and profitable way of completing transactions?????

I now of a good accountant who dabbles in the property market regularly, but I’m not sure if she is taking on new clients, but give it a try. The accountant is Alison Sibley, phone 3349 0374.
But remember, good advice is not cheap.

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know of Alison Sibley, Brisbane accountant as listed above?
I am in the process of tracking down a PI savvy accountant in Brisi.

Hi Matt,
Try Chris Costanzo at Mobile Tax Accountants, he is a friend of mine and very good on property investing tax wise. Ph 33492066, has over 10,000 clients, so must be doing something right.
