    Hi all

    I’m sure this question has probably been asked before, but here goes anyway.

    Wrap packages, I’ve been looking at Steves and I had some information set from Rick Otton as well. Has anybody purcahsed eithet of these? are they any good?, sory to ask steve, a a first timer are they a worthwhile investment?

    Any help advice greatly appreceiated.

    Hi,

    Yep – this has been discussed in some detail at various times.

    I guess Rick and I discuss the same issue from different perspectives. Ultimately you need to weigh up which you prefer for the asking price.

    Hi Martin,

    I look after a fair few of rick’s clients,
    and yes his material is excellent.

    He’s been around for a few years and has great idea’s on wrapping properties

    Many thanks for taking the time to reply to an obviously tired qustion.

    This is all very new to me, never heard of ‘wraps’ & ‘flips’ until a few weeks ago. I think my wife and I have decided that this may be the way for us to go and as such was just trying gain a much info as possible before parting with cash.

    Steve, liked the first book and will buy the second.
