Can anyone tell me if the first home owners grant is available to people under 18years if so
can a child be an owner in a property using thier home owners grantnah, i’m pretty sure that you have to be over 18 to receive the fhog. It is risky business trying to get the fhog for a child. I remember reading some articles in the herald sun probably half a year ago, about families where children had received the fhog. If i remember correctly, the government was going to crack down on it.
But, i might be mistaken…
16 is the age.
