I’ve read alot of posts referring to positive cashflow properties in New Zealand and was wondering if someone could tell me what areas/suburbs of New Zealand these properties are most likely to be found.

Have you had a look around on realenz.co
I think the larger regional cities like Rotorua, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Hamilton, Invercargill etc might be the sorts of places to start with.
Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin I,m not so sure about.
Westan , Minimogul and others have good knowledge. Maybe start getting a good map of nz would be a big help too.
