    can anyone suggest which areas in melbourne are good for wrapping….otten suggests prices under 200k…is this right maybe someone can tell me

    Hi Jomiki,

    Not too many place available (to wrap or not) in Melbourne for under 200K and those that are, I hardly think you will be able to add your part to the price to make it a worthwhile exercise.

    Best bet would be to check http://www.realestate.com.au (under Victoria) and using the “advanced search” section refine your search to properties <200K.

    You could wrap any property at any price. Doesn’t have to be in the cheaper areas.

    That’s true Terry,

    But my point isn’t that the likelihood of wraps isn’t possible; because if people are willing to pay, they will buy. It is more the concern, that properties under <200K are becoming scarcer and scarcer!!!
