When looking for an accountant what questions can I ask to determine how much experience he/she has with Property Investing.
I am not a multi national company so I don’t want to be charged like one !!!!
But on the other hand I don’t mind paying for good service.

    Questions :
    Do you have an IP’s
How many clients do you have who have IP’s.
    ect…..

I am asking as I have had a bad experience with an accountant & I am cautious.[grrr]

Also I know someone who’s accountant prepared a depreciation schedule based on what the client thought should be depreciated , when I questioned this person he told me that the accountant should know !!!!!!
