Don’t knowif anyone can help but i’ll give it a try.

If you are a non resident but have a TFN and a fully paid property with 100% available equity in the property are there any Australian firms that will consider finance for further IP using the current property as security?.
I asked a couple of main banks but they preffered permanent resident status which i dont have yet.

    Hi

Yes there are banks that will lend to non residents, such as St George. There are various restrictions such as which country you are residing in, FIRB permission etc.
