    Hi there,

    Just wondering if there is a service or a place in this forum (I haven’t found one) where prospective wrappees can meet prospective wrappers/LO’s?

    I’ve looked up vendor finance, wraps etc in google, yahoo etc and have only found a few (very dodgy looking) sites that really don’t inspire my confidence.

    I’m a prospective wrappee looking for help to get into the market asap. Live and work in Sydney. Feel free to post, pm or email me.

    You might get a better response if you put this in the Getting Creative forum.
    You could also try using the bulletin board at http://www.financewraps.asn.au
    This is the Vendor Finance (Wraps) Association website.

    Thanks for that. I’ll have a go at the Getting Creative Forum. The financewraps.asn.au site seems to be for sellers of property only.

    You are absolutely right about the VF association – only for Sellers. Any members here whoa re doing this kind of work??

    I am also LOOKING FOR WRAPPERS in Sydney and also GOOD, experienced, Specialist( if possible) Solicitor doing L/O and Wraps work in Sydney./Tks Piper

    Although the Wraps Assn is set up as a body for people who provide vendor finance, the bulletin board is still a good place to put an ad if you’re trying to find someone to wrap a house to you.

    Tony Cordato is a lawyer in Sydney who understands lease options and wraps. I got this number out of the white pages so it should do the trick…(02) 9290 2773
