I saw sometime ago a couple of posts here recommending Vic Subuurbs with growth potential and subdivision potential because the lots are large, but missed noting them Could anyone pls refer me to them or make recommendations. i am interested in acquiring lots with potential for subdivision and which may be in the path of growth currently. There is a “search” function available, left hand side of the screen; give that a go.
If you’re lucky and someone remembers the post they may post up the thread in question, however if not, it’s probably because they can’t remember it either. Hence, do a little investigative work of your own, and you may surprise yourself!!!!
