    Hello

Does anybody know of an insurer/broker/policy that is cheaper than the Money Matters building insurance for vendor terms sales? This is the policy that acknolwedges the property is onsold and occupied by Purchaser-Occupiers and notes their interest.

But it is exxy – there’s got to be cheaper than $750 pa!

I have also tried the DMA insurance route which is only Landlord’s insurance and is no different (at least as far as I can tell) to typical landlord building insurance, hence is cheaper but not the right policy.

    Any help would be great.

    Cheers

What the heck are you insuring skippygirl? I’ve never paid $750 for a policy.
Mostly I find it works out around the cost of a standard building policy + a landlord’s insurance policy.

    Keep smiling
