    Hi, All. I’m currently investigating how to turn apartment blocks on single title to strata titled. Does anyone know of good websites, resources about this topic?

    It can be rather time consuming. Do you own the entire block? If not you’ll have to convince the greater majority of people in your unit block.

    Hi, Yorker. I’ve seen some blocks (6-8 units) one single title, so you have to buy the whole building in one gulp.
