Anyone got any breakdown of number on any of their old projects that they would like to share? Since I am still a virgin, I have none to show!
ie 4 townhouse development. Site cost, bought. Costs construction, legals, consultants, roads, legals, etc.
ie 20 unit subdivision. Site cost, price. Cost to develop, roads, underground services (power, h20, stormwater, telephone), finance, rea fees, etc.
Anyone willing to show us their old/current numbers?
