Hi out there just wanting some inspiration or creativity .heres the scenario. Whilst walking this pm have noticed newly released property of 1390m with old 60,s style 2 story house, wide frontage and ripe for reno or development. This is my dilemma. Currently owe 140K on PPOR worth approx 320K, also constructing IP which we hope to move into and sell approx 50k profit. We live in thriving coastal area and new property has extensive sea views in built up area for which they want 450K. Any ideas we would love to look at the property but am not sure about the financing. Could possibly rent PPOR for 220WK. Any suggestions as I think this could really be a winner!!! Cheers Penne.
