Negative Geared with Positive Cashflow

Hi all,

I recently come across a stratagy that I think is amasing. Although I could not put in writting the whole concept in this brief forum I can give you some basic parameters.

This stratagy revolves around using your current equity (around $90k) to generate around $130 per week in positive cashflow after tax. This is secured by your name on the title of the property and a garenteed return for 5 years with your initial equity outlay returned to you.

Has anyone seen anything similar or if you would like to know more then give me a buzz and I will pass on the info.
