Steve, from what I read on your newsletter, that was $1 Million NET (Brett and Tiff). Why not emphasise that?

    Ok, I like the cover.
I think it’s good that it is similar to the first cover and that will make it recognisable to people who bought and read the first book.
Bright green is good, very “in” and different from the other books on the shelves.

So, in book shops late Sept, no website ordering?
You mean I have to leave my computer and venture into the real world to buy it?

    I like the cover.

It will be a definite purchase for me when it hits the shelves.

Now I’m taking out my trusty calculator and comparing the 1 million in 1 year claim (McKnight) vs the 10 million in 10 year claim (Spann). All other variables being equal then Steve’s claim is by far the more ambitious considering CPI and compounding.

Thanx WallFlower, I got a good chuckle out of that, even if you had a go at a FELLOW forumite!

For the book, i’ll anticipate its release. I hope it will add to my limited knowledge that I have gained so far.

    Cheers

    Great cover,
I went “green” with envy just reading the title, lucky ducks [biggrin]

Also appropriate that money is generally “green”.

Now the million dollar question, how much and where’s my copy?[^]
    Cheers,

All of the Mappers are members of this forum and or attended Steves Property Masters last year.

You probably already know some of them by their alias.

    Hi all & to Steve

Colours, Fancy titles etc – its the content I am most interested in. Bit like a CD really.
Hate to trivialise…. but 0 -130 etc was loaned to me by a friend that knew how I loved RE.
Have lent my book ( ENDED UP BUYING MY OWN COPY) to many since that day and can NEVER under estimate the learning curve & motivation that Steves book gave to me.
Sorry but I dont judge a book by its cover…
    just my view…………[baaa]

    Regards
