    Plan A….I am going to try my first lease option with my landlord very soon. I don’t know if he will go for it but I know that he will sell the house if we don’t come up with a good enough offer.Conventional loan is out of the question for now.

    Plan B…. If he doesn’t, is there anyone in Rockhampton up for a lease option deal.[evo]

    Could you please explain what a lease option is and the particulars of this lease option. Also where is the property located.[biggrin][biggrin].Martin

    I have a place in North Rocky near the Frenchville Sports club. I have had other plans for it. But we can have a chat about doing something with that if you want.
