    Hi All,

I was wondering why you selected the avatar appearing on your postings. What does it represent to you. Also why haven’t some of you selected an avatar.

    Just curious[blush2].

I dunno, I just booted up my ACME computer and chose one.

I figured it was the closest thing that looked like me – blonde & kinda funny looking with a constantly puzzled expression.

Correct me if I’m wrong Bennido, but didn’t you lose your head in Part 2?

    Thanks in anticipation.

My two best performance IP’s are:
    1. NSW bought in Sep’00 now double in price, currently put it on the market. [Negative Gearing Strategy]
    2. QLD bought in Mar’03 now double in price. [Positive Cashflow Strategy].

Now you can do “Seek and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” this yourself, if you want too.

The only problem with “Ask and you will receive” is that you just don’t know what you are going to receive.

    Kind regards

I chose Bart with a magnifying glass cause I ask alot of questions and scrutinize every business out there before I join it…and of course because he thinks he’s untouchable…[biggrin]

I picked mine because I’m still in an early growth phase, and because I named my last real estate project “bigtree” because it was destined to grow and would provide an anchor, shelter and deep roots for my family, and bear fruit for them. This is dredging personal thoughts from the “very deep” section.
    cheers

Perhaps I should lighten up my business approach a bit, and call my next project –
    the ” Butler Project “,
make it a short expensive and lavish exercise somewhere exotic like Tasmania, only 12 months long, a quality reno, minimal paperwork, and retire with a big tax-free personal payout, and exciting book options. Seems to work for some.
    cheers [biggrin] [wink4]
