Listening to a local radio program that has a real estate session every weekend and one caller rang up very proud.
Very proud of the fact that he had a great big fat $60,000 deduction due to -ve geared rental prperties. He was excited because he was going to get a nice big fat tax return.
Would he still be excitied after he was told he has had to fork out $60,000 minus that big fat tax return.
He must ahve been living in a cave or at home with his mommy to be able to afford to eat with all those deductible costs.

Please don’t take this the wrong way Hotrod, but would you be happy with a $4 million property portfolio that only cost you $1.5 million 5 years ago.
