    Hi Dragon

At present i am working as an accoutant and the same time doing my CA qulification. well as far as i know i am not aware of any specific subject where we learn about property investing. But then again when you start working you will meet a lot of clients who are property investors and get a good exposure and learn from that as well as taxation for property investment.

    hope this helps

    regards
    kay

    Dragons,

There’s a number of courses that are a mixture of accounting and property, such as this:

    http://www.dab.uts.edu.au/propertyeconomics/courses_structure.html

    … and this…

    http://graduate.unimelblaw.com.au/gradlaw2004.nsf/2003archives/730-655-2003?opendocument

Many subjects might be in different areas- some specifically business/accounting, others law/accounting; or real estate/accounting. You could probably study some subjects externally to your current course, to get the kind of specifics you need. It’s possible that these could then be accredited to you later through another institution.
