I picked up a magazine off the shelf to read about property and such things. I don’t usaully do it but have been off the internet so been reading to quench my thirst for property and related knowledge (of late!), so been reading a few magazines.

I got to reading thru this artical in the very last page, then i got to the last few sentences and it said “I have since bought 15 properties in Sydney” or something. And i thought to myself this sounds like stil in school.

I glanced over the page and i noticed this ‘SIS’ in the heading. And yep i new it had to be stil in school.

Didn’t find any other posts on it!? So just posted to say ‘Good on ya stil in school’ , I’m proud. I bet you would have made your mother proud to if she read it.

Alright, we’ll keep quiet about it SIS.

Sheeeeee we won’t tell anyone that thousands have read it accross Australia maybee a million [biggrin].

SIS you forgot to tell them you live in the back yard in a tent.

Yeah, good link, now i don’t have to pay for the magazine at all. Which i don’t think i will buy again! It’s just that this months they had 1700 Mortgages that they sussed out and awarded the best, that’s the convinving thing for me that made me pick it up off the shelve!

Yes Kay, it’s interesting that they do that. You would think that would swallow up there profits.

I thought they must of had half the articals or something, i noticed there is no SIS photo, or is there??

Anyway it will be worth keeping in mind if i get a more permanent Internet connection. “Just using cafe’s ATM”.

That’s right, Jaffasoft, no photo on-line.
On Saturday I went for a lovely walk with a friend and strolled into the newsagency to look at SIS’ photo. [biggrin] [specool]

    G’Day SIS,

Im inspired to read about you in the Mortgage mag!. I found it even more interesting that you didn’t do well in school. I too have failed accademically. My Mum made me do year12 3 times and I failed all 3 times, I dropped out of uni, dropped out of tafe courses etc.. etc, im now a cook in the army and im about to drop out of here to….I think property is going to save me..2 purchases, 1 sale so far……yipee.

    Good on you SIS

tycoon :o) I think for everyone, it’s about finding their own niche. Property is great, but it has to be funded somehow. It is said that if you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. Thank God times have changed, and we can all try out so many different things. I’ve had so many different jobs in my life- sometimes working 5 jobs at once- hehe- burnout material- and you forget which job and which location you’re supposed to be at.[upsidedown]

I reckon though, if your job is stressing you out too much, it’s not worth it. Maybe you need a holiday :o)

    Great work Sis! Really inspiring.

And isn’t it tough to go out and take a plunge with everyone telling you that you are doing the wrong thing? Good on you for believing in yourself and the knowledge you gained.

    I’m impressed! [thumbsup2]
