    Hi,

Book #2 is now ‘in the can’, so to speak and is currently with the editor. Without wanting to build it up, these are his words:

I’ve read it all… and I think it’s a magnificent book . I’m really pumped to be working on it.

And now for the release date… Monday October 4, 2004

Next, for some really exciting news, to co-incide with the books release I’ll be doing formal book launches in Melb, Syd and Brisbane.

We’re planning the event where’ll i provide a key note speech that will last about 45 minutes and be available for questions and signings afterwards. I’ll have more details shortly (which I’ll email out), best of all – it will be FREE!

No, not one of those come for free and we’ll upsell you to a $5,000 seminar… this is a bona fide book release and a fabulous opportunity for you to meet fellow forumites and also hear my latest thoughts on the property market for free.

The only problem is, since it’s at no cost, there will be more people who want to come than the room can hold. So… you’ll need to register your seat (for logistics) quickly once you receive instructions via email.

    Have a great day!

    Cheers,

    Steve McKnight

    Steve,

Congrats on the book. Perhaps the sydneysiders can have a reunion like for the Property Expo, and we can bring the usual suspects along- sis, Chan, PG (ahem- come home immediately!) Rugby, Teacher, melbear (poke poke Mel!) and a few unusual suspects, too :)

Could be lots of fun, I think :)

Congratulations on the new Book. I look forward to reading it and I am also looking forward to reading the new Peter Spann Book.

One is more positive cashflow while the other is more growth oriented. So by reading the two I get a more balanced view of property investing.

I would love to be at the book viewing but I will be overseas at that time.

Congrats Steve, I am looking forward to reading it.

Not sure if this has been already mentioned somewhere else, but could you give us a taste of what is the new book about?
Obviously I would expect some more easily readable +ve cashflow information together with humorous stories of their practical implications. Is that right? I am just wondering how does your new book compare to the first one.

Once again congratulations and thanks for all the info.
