    Hi everyone,

Could anyone recommend any useful newsletters on property (general) or specific (legal, accounting/finance). Either free or at a cost (web or hard copy). Or perhaps there is a web site you just can’t live without.[specool] Any and all suggestions most welcome.[biggrin]

    Over to you.[gossip]

    Regards,
    Helen

    elika7264,

Steve has his property insider newsletter every month, we have a monthly newsletter over at http://www.duckling.com.au and there are plenty of others around. Michael Yardney has a monthly property update newsletter. These are all web/email based, and they’re all free.

    Regards,

    Hi,

thanks Jet Dollars — API magazine is great. Look forward to reading each issue.

Boyler Room — I read Steve’s newsletter and also Michael Yardney’s. Both are informative. Thanks for the tip regarding your newsletter. Will subscribe ASAP.

C’mon everyone[sleepyanim]. There must be many more practical newsletters out there.[blink].

    Let’s hear from you

I get newsletters from http://www.wiseinvestment.com.au/htm/default.asp and the property investors club sent me a monthly newsletter.

Please note – i read the newsletters because i have a passion for property but I would never buy property from them.

They are property marketers, so I always take some of their articles with a grain of salt.

I love the way they always have a go at valuers who undervalue their properties.

    Metropole’s newsletter is worth a read (www.metropole.com.au)

The Property Insider from Quartile Research (www.quartile.com.au) is OK.

    Cheers,

    Aceyducey
