    Hi,
I have found that by using the 11 second solution that a vast amount of small studio apartments in Sydney,if rented for what is claimed, can provide +ve income(particularly in retirement villages).
Has anyone had experience in retirement villages and would this be recommended as a sound investment.

Do a search in the forums as this topic has been covered.
One problem which you may face is most retirement Villas are under 50m2 therefore you may have problems securing finance.

    Good luck

Hi SHane, you may have seen it already, but there is a recent thread on Retirement villages in the General Property Forum, that you might find of some help.

Be very careful and have your solicitor read any fineprint in the ‘contract of sale’.

Some retirement units when resold attract a profit to be shared with the current property management.
