We are looking to launch again into a new property investment and have been advised to refinance with a LOC loan with another lender. Are there members who have had success, or disaster, with these type of loans. Our goal is 10 investment properties over the next 10 years and so need a finance package that we can set-up once and not pay outrageous fees. Any ideas and experiences welcome. Thanks. JG

Use an interest only investment loan for each property you acquire. You need a new facility for each purchase unless you have heaps of equity. Use the LOC only for deposits and fees secured against your home.
