Just found out about it and bugger I’ll be in Queensland [glum2] BUT I’ve been in touch with my girlfriend and convinced her to go for me and take notes – I hate missing out on really GOOD information that’s up-to-date. Enjoy all you lucky people who get to go! [thumbsupanim]
i have been looking for information on how to buy today (as to three years ago) for several months now, to no avail. very annoying. i am expecting this seminar to fill in alot of gaps in my knowledge (hopefully)

Why would you need to go to the seminar if you invested for the long term in +ve geared properties >> 11 second rule etc etc..wasnt that gospel since the book came out??
