    Hi all,

    I have just read Steves book and as they say” I’m excited ” … Just wondering what peoples opinion is of investing in the ACT ??? Is it a up and coming market , over priced, what is the capital return like ?? Any advice on where to find a property would be greatly appreciated

    Go away Tim, we don’t need any outsider investors snapping up all our bargains (not) in the ACT!!! TIC [ohno] [oneeyed]. The ACT market is hotting up and property prices are over capitalised also we are falling into the Sydney and Melbourne trap of far toooooo many units being planned and sold off the plan. Over supply with minimal demand, you see we are bush capital and very conservative…give us our 1/4 acre block thankyou. You may get a bargain in today’s figures but be extremely cautious.
