    Hi

I wanted to know if anyone has access to lenders who lend funds to purchase an existing franchise?. I am looking at a loan size of about $70,000, with an $80,000 cash deposit (total price of franchise $150,000)

    Thanks

Most commercial lenders will do this if it is an established and successful franchise.

I think it will be very hard as there is basically no security. I have heard that Westpac will do loans for big brand franchises such as McDonalds etc. Vendor finance is another option.
