is anybody looking for a house located in Mandurah? please PM me if so and I can send you a photo. You would need to check that it can actually be moved – I have never personally done it, but it is on stumps. I talked to a relocator and he said around $35-40k to transport it, I think that it includes re-roofing it and they redo the external cladding and reconnect services. If you had a vacant block somewhere it could be an ok cash generator.

I recall from the conversation a few weeks back now, that when I asked him it was pretty much anywhere in the south west corner but then a bit more if going further round to say denmark or albany direction. i think he said it would get it to toodyay no probs. Don’t quote me on any of that!
