    Hi All,

What are some places you can obtain long-term stats on the property market? I am thinking data over 50 years or more and broken down by suburb would be useful to build up a picture of what happens over time. I have only been in the game for a couple of years so haven’t been around long enough to notice the trends [blush2]

Any good (and cheap) sources of information out there?

    cheers,

    Ben

    Hi Banderos,

    Where you looking?

For example I have Perth suburbs stats that go back 30 years but only on 10 year cycles showing annual average growth rates. Unfortunately it is not transmissible.

Residex may be your best bet.
