I am interested in the logistics, and the money involved to start….such a club..I am supprised that others on this forum have not got together in a big way before this

Would you/ could you take out an insurance?
againt mis appropreation of funds…
I know solicitors have such a structure in place.
real estate agent, broker, solicitor, conveyancer,
lender,if we could have each one in the like minded club chargeing no fee,s for their input and only taking the same profit share as every one else. that would be great

Some people may be willing to travel interstate if it is a worth while venture.

Thank for the reply [Insurance]I dont mean you or any one else would do this ,but money is the base for all evil , so I am told and it makes people do strange things..just look at a family when the time comes to share in the wealth of a family will.
Its just better to have all this out in the open and a stratagie in place..so people investing are confident all bases are covered…as for meeting and discussing for those who can not get to the mneetings there could be a phone link up.[sunny]

Caveat emptor folks! The thing about being registered with ASIC is that there are certain obligations and you’d know that the person registered is able to run a company etc.
What about all these partners “parting with their money”? Anyone amongst them got a criminal record for fraud???
You would want to go into it VERY carefully.

I don’t know where you live but KrazyStyler and I keep trying to organise meetings. Maybe something could be worked out via the logistics, etc.
