Hi
I’ve got a question. What’s the best way to buy a property interstate? Do you go and visit it? Or take a punt? How do you control your PM so they don’t rip you off? If they say the property doesn’t need repairs and it does are they breaking the law?

I dont do interstate for the reasons you mentioned. But there are others that do eg. Westan. But for how long have they done it? Thats what I would like to know!!!!!!

I have used a buyers agent to buy properties interstate. 7 properties that I have never seen! it worked out well.

There is another post very similar to this one floating around at the moment.
I agree with TerryW, buyers agents can often do it cheaper than you, and it is not sight unseen (well, it is by you).
