    hi folks,
im able to access roughly 120k in funds from equity in investment property.
was just wondering the best way to leverage these funds so i can buy a decent amount of property.

my thoughts were to use money for deposits say 20%.i am focused purely on pos cash property.

Am i on the right track or being to conservative

    any thoughts???
Or what would you do in my situation.

    cheers.

You’re on this forum and you have 120k equity from an investment property. I reckon you should do exactly whatever let you make 120k equity again. 20% on positive cashflow properties sounds like a mighty fine idea.

    Keep doing what you’re doing.
