this is my first post and as I am fairly new to Brisbane and lease options, I need the services of a switched on, well versed solicitor. Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
I am also going under with the hassle of trying to do the bookeeping on multiple (11) properties.
Can you recommend a good bookeeper or computer program. I’m using Quicken and it and I don’t seem to cope too well. I seem to be spending a lot of my time on the bookwork instead of getting out there and finding more positive cashflow properties.For the lease options I’ve had a quick look at a software program that helps you comply with the credit act. Any recommendations? Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
