I,m a Dairy farmer. I guess I specialise in buying run down dairy farms in the western district of Victoria, tidying them up and revaluing etc and buying again.

Kinda an outdoor get your hands dirty guy.

Dairy farming is in such a hole at the moment and a LOT of farmers are struggling so this all creates great buying eh! Well thats what i do. Milk cows and tidy up farms

Purse, yeah, poor dairy farmers- it’s very sad :o( People might want to read the following article to see their desperate situation:

    http://theage.com.au/text/articles/2004/04/24/1082719671185.html

From the above article, it says “202 farmers and farm managers committed suicide in Australia between 1999 and 2002.”

Also, since now I can’t access propertyinvesting.com during the day so I will trade shares (currently learning).

    WOW Chan,

your not only a property investor guru but your a real IT guru. Man that’s is crazy – I studied 5 years of Software engineering and still didn’t learn what you do. I think .NET is the way of the future – atleast for the next 5 years. Do you know alot about VB forms secure SQL. Ive done forms before but I want it secure so I can put the form on our website. Are they easy to crack into?

Hey CD – does that mean you do ‘First-Aid’ courses?

    kind Regards,
    George.

    Hi guys,

I guess after many painstaking years in the work force I am now classed as a Ticker.

Each week I download my bank statements onto the computer and tick that the rent has gone in and the mortgage gone out.

If there’s any left over at the end of the week I split it betwenn the stockbrokers and the government.

    Cheers all

    Geo,

Sorry mate, I can’t help you because I only start .NET programming in the last 6 months. All the stuff that I do at the moment not much to do with security except user loging name.

I agreed with you that .NET is the way to go that’s why I try to move away from Electrical Engineer position to programming. The reason I do this because I am planning to set up website for business purpose using .NET technology.

I still have to learn SQL Database to do the stuff I want. It will take time and I might end up not doing it if there are too much work involve.

There are so many thing to do in life…can’t keep up at the moment…..at the same time you need to enjoy life as well.

    Kind regards
