Hello everyone,
I live in Adelaide and have recently purchased
a pair of maisonettes(semis) out at Elizabeth
Downs. Which is my scariest property investment.
I currently have Century 21 from Prospect advertising both for me and have been for 4 weeks
now, in the most stupidest places in the Messenger
and the weekly Buyers Guide on a page that says
houses for sale!!!!! No wonder there has been no interest. Also a workmate rang the agent regarding
the properties for rent, left a message 3 days ago
and my agent hasn’t replied.
Does anyone know a good agent out Elizabeth way
as I am now desperate to get tenants.Thanks,Bronny
