    Wesan,

Star Wars? Oh yeah! May the force be with you!

I must admit that I don’t know much about star wars, but I just wanna be a bad guy that’s why I choose this avatar!

    Kind regards

Kay, this was the closest picture I could find to Miffy!
It’s called Hello Kitty, I think, and may be a friend of Miffy. Well it’s been drawn in the same style. Miffy’s got heaps of cute little fluffy friends!
Do you know that Miffy originally is called Nijntje? (It’s a Dutch children’s author/Illustrator, Dick Bruna, that has made Nijntje up!)
All of his characters are just so adorable!

Well, Celivia, miss kitty is very cute! Thanks for telling me of it’s origins! I didn’t know that. One has to love the Dutch- adorable indeed!

    >>Nijntje? <<

Celivia, it looks to me as if that author had a speech problem and left the ‘K’ out of the word.

So to me it is and always will be ‘knijntje’.

BTW Westan, How come someone who is so capable in finding suitable cashflow +ve properties cannot work out how to find the avatars ? [crying]

    Hey Pisces,

where is your Avatar – choose a good one[cigar]…

I think Westan was playing modesty and just wanted to humble himself and get some of you talking….[baaa][baaa][baaa]

    Pisces

Nijntje is a ‘nickname’ for konijntje.
    Konijn means rabbit.
    Konijntje means small rabbit.
Tje, kje, etc are affixes used to show you mean ‘small’ or ‘little’.

Small children often find it hard to pronounce Konijntje and therefore often say Nijntje.
I think by choosing that name, Bruna really shows that he knows a lot about little kids’ speech! Very clever!

It’s such a cute little name for such a cute little rabbit! Aaaawwww!

I picked my avatar because of the beard.Mine looks similar but is still relatively dark.Only a few grey hairs. As for the top I still have a bit more than the avatar but I dont think it will be long and I may need a hat like you LOL.

    Russ

i recently shaved mine off, it was getting too many grey hairs, so i decided to go for the younger look, i just turned 40 so i’m right in the middle of the mid life crisis.
next i’ll be out buying a sports car !

Pisces i suppose i could have worked it out myself but it was quicker asking one of you guys. Actually when i looked i’ll i saw was the number and didn’t realize when i clicked on them the avatar showed up [weird.
    bye westan

    westan,

I did the pre-midlife crisis thing and bought the red sports car early- nothing wrong with an early-life crisis, if it means you have a fun car to go along with it :)

Forty sounds like a good age Weston.I,m with you on the age thing but no red BMW yet.I like the idea though. Two seater anything as we have got rid of the kids LOL.But my missus is also very realistic and probably wouldnt let me indulge either.
