    Hi All

Just starting to get to grips with wraps and starting to figure it all out for myself. One question I do have is:

The new NSW land taxes as far as I can figure out are going to be calculated as a % of your total investments. How do you go about passing this onto the wrappee or do you just have to calculate it into your figures?

    Anyone know?

    Neither

Just buy north of the NSW border in the sunny sunshine state and avoid it.

    Cheers Richard

That is a future plan when we move up there.

At the moment I would like to do something closer to home. Comfort zone for the first couple of dozen.
