    I have just bought Steve’s Due Diligence package, and am trying to apply it to commercial properties.

    Having not had any experience with commerical real estate yet I wondered if anyone else had already come up with any additional checks needed for that kind of property that they’d be willing to share.

    I didn’t know Steve had a ‘Due Diligence’ package.

    What’s it called and what its contents?

    Sorry I haven’t replied earlier but the Due Diligence package I was talking about was the BuyerBeware Package [biggrin]
