    G’day All,

I believe in the old saying – what goes around comes around so I’d like to offer my services as a town planner to assist in all those planning issues you may have. I’m still learning my trade here in Queensland (within local government) but the general principles apply throughout the country and indeed the world.

    Such issues are:
Compliance Checks (searching to find whether the structures on site require or are approved by council)

Building Codes (setbacks of structures, site coverage etc)

Planning Scheme interperation (every local council has one) a document that specifies the intended land use, subdivision controls, place character, provision of infrastructure and so on.

Feel free to drop us a line

    Peace out
