    G’day,
it’s a good old thought provocking book aye…

my initial search for positive cashflow properties (using the 11 second solution) in SEQ resulted in very little. Kingaroy and Kilcoy came close but I had to go as far west as Roma (about 5 hours from Brisbane) to find something. Any Qld investors around with experience who’d like to bestow there knowledge on a young up and comer?

In the mean time of course I’ll be still searching.

    Degzy,

Your question will get more response if you post it in ‘General Property’.

I did invested in SEQ last year, but up until now I did not buy there anymore due to the same problem.

Growth there is very fast the property I bought there is currently nearly double in price.

I suggest you try different areas even different state.

    Kind regards

indeed bionic – we’ll just go out find new ones….I hear the Iraqi property market has experienced massive “booms” of late – plenty of opportunities for those interested in renovating too.
