    Do the governments of NT ALD SA and NZ charge investors land taxv?
    if so, then how much ?

    Yes tehy charge land tax, and it varies from state to state.

    You shoud check with the relevant government authority as to teh land tax rates.

    In NSW that is the Office of State Revenue, dont know about other states.

    As far as I know there is no Land Tax in the NT. Look here for some info.

    *Edit* Found another site..definately no land tax in NT (also no stamp duty on mortgages). Territory Revenue

    No land tax in NZ either.

    Everywhere except NT in Australia does – to various limits.

    There’s a master page at the ATO that can link you off to the appropriate Offices of State Revenue for details.
