I was thinking the other day just how valuable some of the property is that is owned by various Churches. Not just CBD stuff but acres of land in outskirts that are now almost CBD or fringe.
So valuable now. Maybe we miss the VISION in buying something ???
What Church property would you like to own around the Country ? Ill let you know mine soon when I make up my mind.!![biggrin]Regards

Yes, the value must be huge. besides the various church buildings, there are also many houses and commerical building (ie normal investment stuff) owned by religions. And they don’t pay taxes!!

that is true – but with churches that have large congregations – they generally prefer to own the church than rent it off some investor – Its better for them to own it because they get all these benefits as in regards to TAX implications…
