MY INITAL ADVICE IS THAT U STOP USING CAPSLOCK!!!
We need some more info, state (there are two Rockhamptons I know of…), as well as strategy (wrap/buy & hold, etc) and lastly prices and how you are going to buy a IP (deposit, equity, etc).

Kmelloythe way i see it after to days conversaions with rockhampton RE agents is there no CF properties left after all our invester friends have brought them. one RE sold 68 properties in 6 weeks

I just checked out the internet and you can buy for $78K with rent at $120- $130. Not cash flow +ve yet (that is until you weave your magic). What do you think?
