    Hi Folks

We are currently selling a rental unit in Sydney and have had a genuine interest by one party after a considerable amount of time. They are in no hurry as the market is not hot for this type of property at the moment so my question is do you have any ideas on how to create some urgency and motivate this purchaser to make an offer.

    Cheers

    Leigh,
Are you selling privately or through an agent?

    Steve.
